How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 3 to 9 days to process it for delivery. For items in high demand, it may take up to 2 weeks.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the United States. For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through our help desk.

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).Additionally, you can track the status of your order on our Track My Order page.

RETURNS

How do I place a return or exchange?

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
