Shipping

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 3 to 9 days to process it for delivery. For items in high demand, it may take up to 2 weeks. 

We currently ship in the United States and Canada. For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through our help desk.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).Additionally, you can track the status of your order on ourTrack My Order page.

Payment Information

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay.

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

We accept pay in 4 payments thank our partner Klarna and Shop Pay. You will be able to choose that payment option at checkout.

Returns

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We do accept returns with respect to the following conditions:

— The item shouldn't have been used in any way

— The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
